Returns Policy
We do appreciate that sometimes things don’t go according to plan and if you have a problem, we’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible. Whether it’s a late delivery, a damaged parcel, a broken product or if you want to have your order exchanged or refunded, we’ll be there to make it all as easy and painless as possible.
You may return any product to us within 14 days of purchase in unused and clean condition for replacement or refund in its original packaging if possible. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable.
If a product should fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, please return it to us in a clean and dry condition. Faulty products will be repaired or replaced. Problems due to natural or excessive wear, accidental or deliberate damage are not covered, but can usually be repaired for a reasonable cost.
