Delivery
Postage charges UK deliveries are free.
For overseas orders we charge at cost, please see our Delivery page for details.
Should you need to exchange an item we will charge postage at cost: please contact us before you send the item and we will be glad to give you an indication of the cost of postage. Delivery time Normal delivery time is 2-3 days. Most items are sent next day as standard. Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for delivery, and ensure that someone will be avaliable to sign for your parcel when it is delivered.
Tax charges All prices include VAT at 20% where applicable.
Privacy

Returns
You may return any product to us within 14 days of purchase in unused and clean condition for replacement or refund in its original packaging if possible. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable. If a product should fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, please return it to us in a clean and dry condition. Faulty products will be repaired or replaced.
