UPDATE APRIL 2026 Brought my second bike from the team back in November 25. The bike was spot on and service was first class as always. Unfortunately, I snapped a bolt trying to get a drinks holder fitted and it was stuck in the carbon frame. Bike returned to Blazing and spent many an hour wondering how to get it out of the frame without damaging it. After many attempts they sent it to a local engineering company that works with them and they drilled out the old sleeve and fitted a new one. You wouldn't know they have even changed it and to top off their customer service, they even fitted a fidlock bottle base for free. How's that for customer service!!!! As always, nothing is too much trouble even for a customer like me thats the other side of the country to them.. Great work team....thank you again. Peter"

Was a slight delay due to the bike having a paint defect but blazing bikes were helpful anytime I contacted them they were quick in getting back. In the end they supplied me with a slightly more updated bike and that more than made up for the delay."

"I really can’t speak highly enough of these guys, the end to end service they provide is absolutely first class! After doing my research on a new bike for my son we finally decided on a Trek procaliber 6. A quick search on Google and Blazing Bikes came up and were actually 10% cheaper than any of the other known retailers. After reading through the Google reviews I was reassured and placed the order online. I was contacted by Steve asking about the riders weight and a suggested delivery slot which worked great for me. Next came the nicest surprise, the bike was delivered by the company themselves, not just some courier company who generally care very little. Special shout out to Stu, who, after braving the M6, delivered the bike with the utmost care and did the handover to me. "I can not rate blazing bikes highly enough. hand delivered to the other end of the country already built up for a start. I sadly had an issue when doing the update on my bike before it had even had its first ride. I took it to my local dealer, I should have phoned blazing bikes first in hindsight. Anyway, the bike shop had it for 2 weeks before telling me there was nothing they could do (!?) wild. Told me to call the shop I bought the bike from which was blazing bikes. Within 2 hours they had the bike working from 100s of miles away. The way in which they dealt with it, the speed and working with another bike shop was so impressive. I was out riding the next day. I would 100% buy a bike from then again. The best customer service I've witnessed."

"I have been searching for a bike for a while, and settled on a few options. Sadly my first choice was out of stock everywhere but the team at blazing Bikes really took the time to understand what I was looking for and even paid real attention to the colour of the bike. They showed me options that ticked all the boxes and sorted me out with an incredible bike. The time they took to understand my needs was brilliant, they are all clearly riders and way more experienced than me but that community spirit they runs through mountain biking is really apparent. They don’t just ship a bike in a box but deliver a fully build bike, which removes a massive headache and allows you to get on a ride (I think there is a price point on the bike to get delivery but you can always give them I call ) . I went out on the bike today, only needed to drop the tire pressure a tiny amount and was away.
