Blazing Bikes – Terms & Conditions

Blazing Bikes is a trading name of The Station Limited (Company No. 10927505).

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made online at www.blazingbikes.co.uk and in-store at Blazing Bikes. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed.




1. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order online, this constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we have confirmed acceptance and dispatched your order. You will receive confirmation by email.

For in-store purchases, a contract is formed at the point of sale.

We retain order details for our records and they are accessible via your online account.




2. Product Descriptions & Suitability

We make every effort to ensure product details, images and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. If a product is materially misdescribed, you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We recommend that parts be installed by a competent or qualified cycle technician. Blazing Bikes is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.

Use of a non-authorised technician may void certain manufacturers’ warranties. Please check individual warranty terms before attempting repairs or modifications.




3. Returns & Cancellations

a) Change of Mind (Online or Distance Sales)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online or distance order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in a reduction to your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Custom-built or personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty.

b) In-Store Purchases

Returns for non-faulty goods purchased in store are offered at our discretion and subject to the goods being in new and unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase. Please speak to a member of staff to discuss in-store returns.

c) Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.

d) Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject goods that are:

4. Availability & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all items promptly, but cannot guarantee availability of all products at all times. If an item is out of stock or discontinued after you order, we will notify you and offer a refund or suitable alternative.

Most UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail or courier depending on size, value, and fragility. International orders may be shipped via Royal Mail International or Parcelforce.

Orders paid via finance will only be dispatched once agreements are completed and approved.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change in response to VAT adjustments or supplier pricing. Customers will be notified and offered a refund if the new price is not acceptable.

If your delivery address is outside the UK, import duties or local taxes may apply upon receipt. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
